I’m one of those people who does too much...
like write, cook, grill, quilt, embroider, knit…
I’m a trained teacher who has taught kiddos and adults. I’m a recovering elected person who made history in a little New England town. I founded a nonprofit that supports new writers. I garden because I love garlic scapes. I craft because I strongly believe newborns should get handmade things when they’re born.
I’ve been an authentic gamer girl since 1988. I wear a Great Serpent ring, often recite the Litany Against Fear, and have been known to punish people in the name of the Moon.
I love to write stories that have strong themes and empowered characters. I write strong, inquisitive, and humorous Black girls who are full of spirit for middle-grade readers under a separate pen name. I write science fiction, contemporary fantasy, and horror for adult readers under this pen name. I love collaborating with other authors. Have a project and space for an author like me?
